Log out of the game, open My account and press Unstuck on the hero to send it to the safe zone of Lorencia.

“Already connected” after a crash
Wait about a minute: the server closes lost sessions by itself.

Send the character name, the time and a screenshot. Read the rules first.
The daily reward did not arrive
It drops when you enter the world with a hero, once per day (the day turns at 00:00 UTC). Check your progress on Daily reward.
