- My hero is stuck: log out of the game, open My account and press Unstuck on the hero to send it to the safe zone of Lorencia. No Unstuck button yet? Contact us above.
- “Already connected” after a crash: wait about a minute; the server closes lost sessions by itself.
- Forgot the password: if you still know it, change it on My account. Otherwise contact us from the e-mail of your account.
- The game does not start: see How to play for supported browsers and troubleshooting.
- Report a player: send the character name, the time and a screenshot. Read the rules first.
